As you know we are not averse to colour and pattern, so it was music to our ears when one of our fabulous clients expressed their love of Cuban tiles. Although we can appreciate a good metro tile, the patterns and colour options of the Cuban tile are much more creative to work with, not to mention you can install them in so many different areas of your interior and exterior, including a ceiling – which of course we have experimented with willingly!
They can be adapted to suit every taste and aesthetic, whether it be the livelier Moorish designs or the simpler geometric patterns, and their vivid colours and scaled patterns continuously act as a source of inspiration for rugs, textiles and fashion. Everywhere you look Cuban tile designs have been invading our design subconscious, and we for one have embraced it!
